Easy Transaction Viewing and Tracking

Mrs Dimples ^TM allows you to view records in a simple list format. Each list contains ledger information allowing the "double entry" to be tracked. Bank, cash and credit card ledgers allow you to view both debits and credits on the same page.

Searching can also minimise the "view" to make tracking payments or income easier. Also to help track the double entry not only do we use folio markers, such as PL for Purchase Ledger but it is also possible to use the delete button to find parts of the opposing entry of an item without of course going as far as actually deleting the item. This is particularly useful when the opposite entry is multifaceted.

Regular reconciliation of bank and card accounts is made easier using the step by step audit procedure which can be followed with no previous experience necessary.
