Easy Search Facilities

allows you to search for information easily. There
are many different tools to help you in your search.
Some examples are illustrated below.
Example 1. General Search Facilities
The program allows you to input a specific search date in any of
the accounting books or ledgers. This date is then reflected wherever you search throughout the program.
This allows you to look at books and ledgers with a
limited date range, e.g. a week or a month.
Example 2. Specific Search Facilities
In all books and ledgers it is possible to search for a specific item or range of items.
Search buttons appear on all transaction lists and full
details of their use is included.
To access a specific search, click on the appropriate
search button, such as the one shown below.
As the Search page allows you to
search for any single item or date range or a combination of both, to gain a
better understanding of the versatility of the Search facilities you may wish to
click on the "Help my Search" button illustrated below:-
