Current Account Balance Tracker

Mrs Dimples ^TM   tracks the current balance of all accounts at all times. When Viewing any bank or card account, the actual balance is always shown. You never have to worry about forgetting Direct Debits and Standing Orders in balance calculations, as once setup, these are accounted for in your program.

To help keep your transaction records up-to-date the program incorporates three useful tools,

1.  The Bank Reconciliation Step by Step Tutorial

This tool allows you to reconcile your bank and card accounts to your Statements. This assists you  track unusual items and identify mistakes. You can also identify items which have not yet been presented for payment.

2.  The Direct Debit and Standing Order setup procedure

Once you have setup your Direct Debits and Standing Orders, the program reminds you when they are due to be deducted from your account. This allows you to check your bank balance on that day and contact your bank if you think you may have a problem.
